Physics Department at the Faculty of Natural Sciences, Matej Bel University, is specialised on preparation of physics teachers for primary and secondary schools. Scientific activity is focussed mainly on physics education as well as high energy and nuclear physics. Our faculty members worked in the past at many international institutions like e.g. CERN or GSI Darmstadt. In addition to Masterclasses we are active in other outreach projects, public lectures, organisation of physics competitions etc.
